We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your device, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange it.

If your device is defective or malfunctions within the 30-day period:

  • Assessment: We'll assess the device to confirm the issue.

  • Resolution: You can choose between a full refund or an exchange for a similar device, subject to availability.

Before returning a device, please:

  • Data Removal: Erase all personal data and perform a factory reset.

  • Account Removal: Remove any linked accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google).

  • Security Locks: Disable any security locks or passwords.

Devices returned with active security features may delay the return process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
