Yes, all our phones are fully unlocked and compatible with all major Canadian carriers.
What’s the difference between Grade A, B, and C?
Grade A: Like new, minimal to no signs of wear.
Grade B: Light scratches, fully functional.
Grade C: Noticeable wear, still tested and functional. We rarely carry Grade C devices.
Do your phones come with a warranty?
Yes, every device includes a 30-day warranty for hardware issues.
What’s included with the phone?
All devices come with a charging cable. Boxes and accessories may vary and will be listed in the product description.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer flexible financing options through trusted partners. You can apply during checkout or click "Financing" in the top menu for details.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping anywhere in Canada.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Shipping takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. Devices must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping is free.

Do you buy used phones?
Yes! Click “Sell Your Phone” in the top menu to get a quote. You can visit one of our partner locations or ship it to us.
How do I get paid for selling my phone?
You can choose e-Transfer or store credit. Payouts are made after the phone is inspected and approved.
What if my phone has damage?
We accept phones in a range of conditions. Just be honest about the condition during the quote process, we’ll still offer you a fair price.

Are your phones tested?
Yes, all phones go through a 55-point inspection to ensure they’re fully functional and meet our quality standards.
Are the phones blacklisted or under contract?
No. Every phone is verified as not blacklisted, financed, or stolen.
Do I need to reset the phone before selling it?
Yes, please remove all accounts (especially iCloud or Google) and reset the device before sending or bringing it in.
